“okay, so i know i just released an album a month ago, but i’ve been working on new music since, forever.”  kami said, pausing to take a sip of her coffee as she looked at the other person.  with a shrug, she added, “is it too soon to release new music already?”  she’d been working so hard to make new music.  nonstop since she’d gotten her rights back and her voice back.  and kami just kept writing and creating, she wanted to do more.  but she didn’t want to overwhelm her fans either.  “should i wait longer?”

SAMYR: u gotta any food

kyle: yoooo is there anything on tonight ?? kyle: i’m bored as hell

KAIA: i'm thinking of suing. they really should keep the front of their establishment in proper order. i thought it was a classy business, not a walmart.

maeve was always well put together.  or, she tried to be mostly put together.  currently, her hair was being held together in a bun with a pencil sticking through it because her hair tie had snapped in half as she tried to fix it earlier, but other than that she was looking fine.  though she was trying to balance avery on her hip and pay for her coffee at the same time--which she should have known would not work out well.  it proved to be far more difficult than she expected it to be, since the moment she went to grab her coffee, avery reached up to grab her necklace and the sudden jerk motion caused maeve to jump, spilling her iced macchiato all over her pants and the floor next to her.  “avery!” she exclaimed, tucking her necklace back into her shirt before turning to the person standing close to her, “i didn’t get coffee on you, did i?  i’m so sorry if i did.”  avery turned to look at the person too and giggled, “sorry.”  the toddler commented.
