Tumblr: bringing the world together one tag at a time
I tag any post that's not about this blog's subject, Jeremy Northam, "NJR" (Not Jeremy-Related). It's a little shorthand I use to keep the other stuff separate from all the Jeremy love. Helps me organize things.
Recently I've been noticing a blog called "njr-lovers" showing up on my dash as a recommendation. Pictures of some guy I don't know on vacation in Ibiza. Huh? Then the light bulb over my head clicked on. When I checked the "njr" tag, I realized I'd stumbled into the fandom of footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Jr, whose nickname is apparently NJR.
I bet Neymar's fans have been wondering what the hell is up with all these posts by a blog about some British actor they've never heard of. Sorry folks! I guess we'll have to share the tag, eh?
So NJR is also a football player. . . Oh, the things I'm learning about on tumblr!
