Did you play any of the Cataclysm starting quests?
For Tauren or in general?
For Tauren I played a teensy little bit until I hit level 10 because I wanted to get a feel for druids before making a Kul Tiran one(turns out I suck at druids), and left the rest for once I finish up wotlk
In general I've done Worgen(favorite race. wanted one for Dragonflight), Dranei(is just the same as classic I think), Night Elf(before timewalking tbc and wrath), Human (including Redridge and Westfall in case I needed to be exalted with Stormwind for the heritage armor quest), and Orc(up until somewhere in the Barrens for the same reason)
Just like with classic I would like to do them all at some point
