fr I barely can differentiate between the colours in inventory. and it's barely any better outside of it

in one of the previous playthroughs I've found out I was using a blue saddle for like 30 hours thinking it was black

Well, that's pretty much already happening. Mostly on the weekends and dinner. Noah, Syna's sister, wasn't big on eating out and is more of a house wife type that loves to cook, which rubbed off on Mc a little. So she enjoys cooking and baking for people, even having saved her favorite recipes from Noah's giant cookbook. The other skeletons just haven't really noticed she does it, or that they're sometimes eating her cooking, because she's cooking when no one else is in the kitchen and when the usual cooks aren't home yet.

Okay now that that's out of the way, the skeletons individual reactions to finding out:

Sans isn't surprised per say, but he's a little bit impressed. He certainly isn't the type to put in the effort for a homemade meal and does prefer to eat out. From what he's heard of Mc, that's what he was expecting of her too. But he does have to give her props for doing all that for Mutt, even if it does make him a bit suspicious of her intentions. (Also living with Papyrus' cooking for so long, he has to respect anyone who can make good food, but shhhh! Don't tell Papyrus he said that.)

Papyrus, Edge, and Blue all respect that. They're all chefs and appreciate the culinary arts, and understand the delight of someone enjoying something you made and worked hard on. They're also not fans of eating out and prefer a homemade meal, so they also respect her hard work and dedication to making something.

Stretch is pretty close to Sans' feelings, but with a little less suspicions. Though Blue was a better cook than Papyrus from the start, he still knows how much learning and trail and error go into making food just from watching Blue do it for so many years. So he has to respect her dedication and effort to actually make the food and make it good. He certainly isn't the type to make food either, preferring to eat out since it's less work.

Red is a bit jealous, to be honest. Mc's food certainly smells delicious and she's made it specifically for Mutt, which is incredibly sweet. (And don't tell anybody but Red secretly loves that domestic mushiness. Shhhh, he has a reputation) Plus, living with Edge's cooking for so long, anyone who can make food and make it good has props in his book. (Again though, shhhh. Don't tell Edge he said that.)

Black has to begrudgingly give her a little bit of respect for it, though he's mostly suspicious. He respects anyone who respects the culinary arts, cooking isn't always easy. And anyone who has the dedication and desire to learn he has to give credit to. BUT, she made that specifically for Mutt? Why? What's in it? What is she planning? Made with love????

For some fucked up reason last night I didn’t sleep at all. Not a wink, even if I tried. Hence, I spent the whole night reading an old RP I did with my best friend (looking at you @the-red-matter) with our OCs. It wasn’t in my best rp, meaning I didn’t play it right, but I still loved it very much and miss the characters greatly.

At some point during the day, I had the craving for a hot chocolat after a shower to prevent myself from falling in the depths of unconsciousness. With the urge for sweetness driving my body, I crawled to the kitchen to start the task. I took out my kettle, poured some water into it and placed it on the counter. As I waited for the water to boil, my thoughts went back to the RP I read during my sleepless night. I thought about how I could have done things differently for certain characters in certain situations. Especially for a character named Black, a kickass sniper. At some point, she had to confront another character named Dylan about some serious business but the teenager was a pretty stubborn one. Black had a lot of trouble making him listen to her or more, I hadn’t played her right during that moment.

As my thoughts wondered, I noticed that I must have been waiting in front of my kettle for like 10 minutes and my water was still not boiling. Out of sleep deprivation madness and impatience, I yelled:

“GOD DAMN IT DYLAN! WHY DON’T YOU LISTEN!”

I grabbed my kettle to examine it only to notice that I had not plugged it in.
