ewyw once again tying youngwoo to the abled people in her life by saying it's not only youngwoo being autistic that can cause issues in her romantic relationship (bc of other people's ableism and her own insecurities as to whether she can make joonho happy (which anyone can feel))--she hurts him just as attorney jung hurt his ex-wife, by privileging work over their relationship. attorney jung had done it constantly, and she does it in a particularly bad instance, right after she dumps joonho. but her gaffe isn't "because she's autistic," or rather, her gaffe is something people who aren't autistic do as well.

the other thing about ep 12 is that the dolphin young woo sees is not connected to a great idea to solve a case, it's connected to a person she admires and respects. kinda like how often she thinks about joonho, too.

i don't know if youngwoo will continue working at hanbada. the way i see it she's learning what kind of lawyer she wants to be, and she often finds herself morally/emotionally opposed to the clients hanbada has her representing...
