Tumblr has a bit of a problem.
My boyfriend and I both use Tumblr. We are also both minors. He’s gotten four messages just this week from grown ass adults. A 40 something year old man said “Let me take care of you”, a mommy dommy account saying “Hello, slave.” a OF account saying “Message me” and so many more messaging him sexual things or directing him to their sexual accounts. Again, HE IS A MINOR.
I don’t know if he has his age in bio, but he uses Tumblr essentially like a diary. Nothing too personal, just random things he’s thinking about and, notably, how much he loves me. His boyfriend. And if someone doesn’t have their age in bio, DON’T TRY TO SEXT THEM?? Is that not common logic anymore?? But yeah that’s gross as hell and why I don’t use Tumblr much. It literally happens more than once a week.
