#evve

(Sorry to break the moment, but i just wanted to let you know the rest has a different format as i used a different drawing program from here on. Apologies if you enjoyed the previous designs, but i had to change as my other program had some issues.)

It was an unfortunately long time for this to get done, and i apologize for all of it, but it’s done now.

At least, pt. 2 is done. I swear, i’ll try to not take as long, and it’ll be much shorter than this, think if it like an epilouge.

Though, i will be taking a small break from this, mostly making lil sketches and the like as a bit of downtime, maybe work on some commissions or my raffle if anyone joins in *wink wink*

Instead of Monk I went with... a Dex-based fighter. :-)

Of course that's ... pretty much just a monk, but one that gets to wear armor. In this build Evve will eventually pick the subclass of Samurai. So in preparation I've already outfitted her with a couple of scimitars.

I've also been using RPG Bot to help with the stats and ideas on species. One of the things that caught my eye was the Elven Accuracy Feat.

I saw that one in use last night. We had a Bard show up who was running an Elvish Metal Head build... and when he rolled with Advantage he rolled 3 D20. So ... I think that might be a fun idea for Evve the Samurai.

In a way she's kinda what I was thinking of when I was designing my blind-fighting monk. In fact I may rewrite Cherry to be a Samurai as well, but that's later, since Cherry was also a "Do No Harm / Do Know Harm" kind of healing monk.

Our DM said we might do a Planescape run or Crooked Moon. However for the PS he said he’s going to want us to build 4 character sheets, not 3. No meta gaming but I did look up to see if they’re supposed to have the same background. The 30 seconds I saw said it’s not required but it makes things more consistent. The DM did request that we keep it all the same alignment though.

So, my first build had a Soldier background so everyone else is going to follow suit. Though I’m still tempted to switch them all to Outlander.

I’ve only built 3 so far but… not monks yet. Maybe 4 will be one, I’m not sure. And I’m going old school in my own character list… or rather going deep to the past.

1 Evve the Goliath Barbarian. She’s in honor of my favorite EverQuest character: Evve the Barbarian, where barbarian was her race rather than her class. To be honest I don’t really remember what class Evve was so this is fine as far as I care. Just think of her as being Scottish and angry. Like Amy Pond but with muscles and even more rage. 2 Evve the Ranger. Half Elf This is my Ancient Anguish build. Kinda. I don’t actually use bows in AA because I’m too lazy to craft arrows. And the ranger build has a skinning knife that can’t be removed. But she did have a pet wolf so maybe I’ll try to get that. Name it Orlie of course. (Orlando but Orlie is usually female)

3 Evve the Bard. Human. No personal history with this one. It’s a good reason to crack out the old Bard Cards though. Plus I found an option for ritual casting so hell yeah.
