#evil year

ever since my 'week of headache followed by weeklong migraine' starting june 15th, my head has been....a mess to put it lightly. headaches of varying levels every day, light sensitivity in ways i've never had before, generally just having head pain constantly at varying degrees. i have a neurology appointment on the 22nd but that feels so fucking far away. i'm also supposed to get an mri before then but idk if that will happen and idk why i'm scared to get an mri (probably bc my cat scan was a nightmare) but ugh i just want to feel normal again and not have to constantly wonder if my head hurts enough to just lay down or leave work or if i have to power through it
