This Jerry will be the Evil Jerry from the comics. The successful and ruthless businessman from the Doofus dimension.
This Beth started out as a successful surgeon, but after the Galactic Federation invaded Earth, Beth used the knowledge that her Rick taught her and drove the GF away. Beth would then turn cold and dethatched and would then go on to rule her dimension. Long live the queen
This Summer will be the complete opposite of our Summer. Cold, serious, power hungry and hella gay.

We already have Prime, Rick, Evil Morty and Doofus Jerry for an evil Smith family, here are my ideas on what Beth and Summer's evil counterparts could look like to complete the evil Smith variants.
Evil Beth
My idea is it's Prime Beth survived instead of Jerry.
Now this in turn leads to Prime Rick taking HIS DAUGHTER under his wing instead of killing Jerry. He wants to indulge his daughter's sociopathic tendencies.
First and foremost, Froopyland happens with Prime Beth as well, and the one reason why she kept it all in check is because her family, Rick came back and horse surgery
Now her family is gone all she's left with his her complete sociopathic & homicidal tendencies ramped up 1000, and combined that with her skills as a surgeon, she is now a multidimensional Jack The Ripper hunting Ricks across the multiverse for revenge for destroying her world and her family and if she gets her hands on Morty?
Lets just say, Morty accidentally let it slip out that all this happened because he made Rick come up with a love potion that cronenberged their world.
So now she wants revenge on Rick and Morty.
So she ditches the savage look and more like a mix of Prime Rick and Jack The Ripper.
Evil Summer
Summer, our Summer slowly evolves into Evil Summer. Or alternatively, this is Prime Summer, a Summer that was abandoned and replaced by RIck(THE INTRO WITH MORTY WAS A DECOY, OUR INITIAL EVIL MORTY THEORY?? THAT WAS SUMMER)
From a typical teenager into a hardened, highly competent, and morally flexible badass who shares Rick's cynicism and lack of emotional baggage
She sees what the multiverse has to offer and the lack of Summer. She knows she's an anomaly and now she wants revenge.
She's Rick without the emotional baggage and Morty without the anxiety.
Unlike Evil Morty, who wanted to escape the Central Finite Curve, an Evil Summer wants to run it. She leverages social manipulation, bureaucracy, and pure intimidation.
