im also thinking about that exalted comic i was making and as much as i do want to continue that story as i have it already planned, the other part of me just wants to completely backtrack from that and just focus solely on black ice shadow and all the headcanons i have for his backstory (like having a childhood mostly going between creation and the underworld, his relationship with the mentor/parent figures in his life, how he met disciple before he "died" and before shadow exalted, his dynamics with his circle mates, etc etc)
i still like the character of khalil and his whole dilemma and whatnot, and the conclusion of the story i planned to show was going to be very gentle and open ended, BUuuuuut, yknow.
