1. Do you prefer writing with black or blue pen? 

I prefer writing in black pen! : ) 

2. Would you prefer to live in the country or the city?

I would love to live in the country. I like the seclusion and the beautiful scenery of it all compared to the city.

3. If you could learn a new skill, what would it be? 

Um... I would love to learn how to play an instrument. That would be cool.

4. Do you drink your tea or coffee with sugar? 

Yeah. Three or six scoops of sugar. 

5. What was your favourite book as a child? 

I actually can’t remember having a favourite book when I was younger, but I do remember listening to my dad read us these bible story things (although we’re not religious) and I always go back to that memory because it’s comforting. So yeah, those things. I’ve been searching for the books since but I can’t find them.

6. Do you prefer baths or showers?

Showers! I was actually scared of the shower when I was younger though. Lol. 

7. If you could be a mythical creature, which would you choose?

I’ve always loved Griffin’s so I wouldn’t mind being one! 

8. Do you prefer reading paper or electronic books? 

Paper... Mainly because I love the smell of a new book. Lmao.

9. What is your favourite item of clothing? 

Sweaters. All kinds of sweaters, and sweat pants. But mainly sweaters.

10. Do you like your name? Would you ever change it? 

I adore my name. It’s special and unique, and my mom chose it for me. I’m sentimental. I wouldn’t ever be able to change it even if I wanted to. Lol. 

11. Who is a mentor to you?

I’ve never really thought of anyone as a mentor before. Maybe it would be my grandma. She’s still kickin’ since 1920 so she has so many stories and she’s wise. I look up to her and ask her for advice a lot. A very respectable woman.

12. Would you ever want to be famous? If so, what for? 

I wouldn’t mind being famous. It would be rad. I would probably get famous over doing something dumb, but if I got to choose what I got famous for it would be acting! Or writing!

13. Are you a restless sleeper?

Eh. Not really. I don’t think so.

14. Do you consider yourself a romantic?

15. Which element best represents you? 

Earth! I had to get some input from my nephew and my little brother. Lol.

16. Who do you want to be closer to? 

@yugib0y. Like we’re already friends and I’m in their squad page, but I’ve always wanted to be closer and hang out more. I’m too awkward tho. Lol. 

17. Do you miss someone at the moment? 

Yes. So much. I can’t stop thinking about them. Aha. Maybe two people.

18. Tell us about an early childhood memory. 

My memory is actually pretty bad so I can’t remember a lot from my early childhood. I’ll share two memories because I can’t remember which one comes first and they both popped into my mind.

Number 1: I was in an elevator with my dad, two big brothers, and an uncle figure when they started jumping in it. I was obviously really scared and anxious, but I just kind of stayed in my spot and watched them silently until the elevator stopped moving. They broke the freaking elevator! I didn’t even freak out then because I don’t think I grasped what was going on at that time and so I just sat silently, and they were all laughing and cursing among themselves while pressing the emergency button or something. Eventually a bunch of people gathered outside of the elevator. The firefighter that came was talking through the elevator to my family as I was chilling, but when the people outside figured out that there was a kid inside with the guys they immediately began buying candy and pushing it under the elevator door for me. My dad pulled it the rest of the way under and I pigged out on candy, and I wasn’t even scared. After we were free I just remember being guided into the middle of a big group of people and they were all chattering to everyone around them, and yeah. That’s how I developed an intense fear of elevators and now I avoid them at all costs. 

Number 2: My mom, big brother, big sister and whoever else were in my big brothers room socializing while I was alone and bored. I can’t remember where my grandpa, grandma and little brother were. I was playing with the cat when I decided that it was a great idea to chase it around the house while in my slippery socks! I was old enough to be in elementary school, so I was old enough to be left alone and old enough to know that chasing a cat while slipping all over the place is not a good idea, but I was a dumb child. After the third round of chasing the cat in circles I finally slipped and smashed my forehead against the edge of the coffee table. It didn’t hurt, other than the headache it gave me, and so I just went to the bathroom quietly because I was afraid of getting scolded. Silly, I know. I was bleeding a lot and I began panicking when the towel wasn’t doing a good job at stopping the bleeding so I eventually went into the room to tell my mom, and, well, she flipped. She was freaking out because her little baby was bleeding everywhere. She brought me to one of my older siblings trucks, and the older sibling got into the drivers seat while we got into the back together as she held the towel really tight against the wound. I ended up having to get dried blood peeled off of my skin and cleaned up, and then got stitches. I guess because I hit my head that I have a totally different version of memories after telling my mom about what happened like how I got to the hospital and stuff, so after telling my mom I based it off of her version of events. I still have the scar. Rip. 

19. What is the strangest thing you have eaten? 

Uh. It’s not strange, and I haven’t had the chance to eat a lot of different foods other than the ones you can find at grocery stores because of financial struggles, but when my best friend and I still talked we would often go for sushi. So the “strangest” thing that I tried at the restaurant was this kind of little cake thing with octopus tentacles in it. The cake part thing wasn’t very good but the octopus was fine. I can’t remember the name. Ah. 

20. What can you see outside your bedroom window?

My backyard. The greenhouse. The garden. Part of the porch. 

21. What are you most thankful for?

This is a hard one. Maybe my education? My grandma recovering from cancer? Flowers? Nature? Being born in beautiful British Columbia? I don’t know... :, /

22. Do you like spicy food?

Heckie yes.

23. Have you ever met someone famous? 

No. Most of the famous people go to Toronto, but there have been famous people going through our town to film movie scenes in a town over (which I won’t name because it will give away my location). Lots of people also go to Vancouver, so maybe I’ll meet a famous person at some point.

24. Do you keep a diary or journal?

I’ve tried to keep a journal but I can never remember to keep it updated. Haha.

25. Do you prefer to use pen or pencil? 

Pencil. Hahaha.

26. What is your star sign?

Sagittarius.

27. Do you like your cereal crunchy or soggy? 

To be honest, lots of cereal scrapes against the roof of my mouth and hurts me a lot so I like cereal when it’s a big soggier. Haha. Not too much though otherwise my gag reflex will kick in. A nice balance. Haha.

28. What would you want your legacy to be? 

This makes my head hurt. I have no idea.

29. Do you like reading? What was the last thing you read?

I love reading. The last physical thing that I’ve read was the third book of the Hush, Hush series, Silence, and now I’m waiting for my school library to get Finale. But if we’re really talking, I gotta be honest, I just finished reading a chapter of a Hannigram fanfic. Lmao.

30. How do you show someone you like them? 

Flirt with them a lot, but that might not help because I just flirt a lot to begin with unknowingly. Haha. Uh. I’ll go out of my way to do things for them. Make them little gifts. Write them really sappy things. It’s pretty obvious when I like someone. I only have eyes on them at that point and it’s my mission to woo them. Hahaha.

31. Do you like ice in your drinks?

Yep! Specifically nine pieces. Three, three, three. I have a thing with threes. Gotta do mostly everything in threes. I hate the number so I have no idea why. Haha.

32. What are you afraid of?

Elevators. Finding out that everyone I adore hates me. Failure. The ocean. The usual. Haha.

33. What is your favourite scent?

Clean laundry! Specifically the smell of my dad’s laundry detergent or the smell of the one that my mom just began using! Flowers and rain too.

34. Do you address older people by their first or last name? 

If I don’t know them well I will address them by their last name with a “Mr./Ms./Mrs.” in front of it unless they tell me not to.

35. If money was not a factor, how would you live your life? 

I don’t know. Money is always a issue to it’s weird to think about what it’d be like without a worry. I’d probably buy a house out in the country far away from my town and the people I know and live with a lot of animals, and then maybe go to a university in a different country or something. Travel? Either way I would go off everyone’s radar and try to live life without relying on people to ease my anxiety. Hahaha. Then once I’m strong enough to do things on my own I would go back into everyone’s lives and throw little get together’s, and maybe travel with some people.

36. Do you prefer swimming in pools or in the ocean? 

Although I’m scared of the ocean I’d prefer it over a swimming pool any day! 

37. What would you do if you found $50 on the ground? 

If I saw someone drop it I would give it back to them and if I didn’t I would ask people around it if they dropped it. If nobody claims it I would bring it home and keep an eye on it so that I can buy food and stuff for the family - treat them. Haha.

38. Have you ever seen a shooting star? Did you make a wish? 

Yep! I was lying outside with my best friend (idk if I can still call her that? rip rip rip) just in front of her house. We saw a shooting star together and made a wish. I can’t remember exactly what I wished for, but it must have been something about my mom. Haha.

39. What is one thing you would want to teach your children?

Acceptance.

40. If you had to have a tattoo, what would it be? 

Ahhhh. My dad was a tattoo artist that has many tattoos and my mom has them too so I’ve always wanted one! I gave it a lot of thought. I always want to keep a piece of nature with me so it would probably have to do with that, but I’ve always wanted my dad and mom to get together to work on designing a tattoo for me. Haha. 

41. What can you hear right now?

Undertale’s soundtrack for The Core. My little brother talking. Typing. The sound of something begin dropped on the floor upstairs and bouncing before rolling away. 

42. Where do you feel the safest?

I don’t know. I’m always very paranoid, but I’d have to say that I probably feel the safest in my mom’s room. I used to also have my best friends room/house on that list but... yeah. 

43. What is one thing you want to overcome/conquer? 

Depression

44. If you could travel back to any era, which would you choose? 

Oh, man. I’ve always been interested in the ‘20s. So I’d have to choose the Twenties.

45. What is your most used emoji?

The emoji of the sprout. 

46. What is your favourite season? Why? 

Fall. It’s still pretty cold but that just means that I can wear sweaters, watch the weather change, and not have to go outside much so that I can just chill in bed. Plus it starts raining and gets windy here around that time, which I love. I especially love on Halloween when it’s windy and the leaves do that little dance. I feel magical when I’m walking by and the leaves pick up and starting doing that. Haha.

47. How would you spend your ideal day? 

Bundled up in a sweater and sweat pants, sitting in the bed with the blankets tucking me in. I’d probably have food and hot chocolate, and I’d prop open the window so that I can hear the rain outside and breathe in the fresh air. Maybe I’d watch Hannibal, sleep, read, and do whatever else on the computer.

48. Describe yourself using one word. 

Neurotic: “abnormally sensitive, obsessive, or tense and anxious.” Haha. Props to my pediatrician.

49. What do you regret the most?

It’s silly to regret this but I regret it the most and I cry about it sometimes. Hahahaha. On one of my birthdays my mom offered to take me to a bed and breakfast so that we can relax, be pampered, and have some quality time together. She told me she wouldn’t offer it again because I would be a teenager by then, but I said that I’d prefer presents. I was really greedy, but I still regret it to this day. Haha. Every time we pass by the place on a drive together I always tell her that I regret it. : ^ (

50. Invent your own word. What does it mean? 

Uh uh uh. My little brother and I have created our own language that we talk to each other in for fun but it’s kind of hard because I don’t know how you would write it out and yeah. So I can’t really write out the word, but it basically is the equivalent to calling someone “lame af”.
