Inclusivity Luncheon at OR+SS was a hit! Solid, inspiring and informative presentations from new POC leaders in the industry prove out the progress (though not fast enough for my taste). A new E.D. @accessfund set the tone, QBP let us know the bike world is paying attention, new @mountainkhakis CFO Victoria Payne inspired, @camberoutdoors shared their 20+ year path from gender equity focus to their new pivot, and @josebilingue took us out with the DEI Leadership Award (with my name on it 😱) going to... Laura Swapp at REI! Been leading out for our industry for so long, could have been a lifetime achievement award. The #rei team was there, led by @curls.beach.love (see pic 3).
