On the way to Mt. Everest basecamp.
Strong legs are the foundation of getting over the mountain, whether physical or mental. A leg day should mean suffering. I know the workout was a success if it hurts to sit down on the toilet the next day. Always switch up the weight versus repetition schemes to keep them guessing. I try to schedule leg workouts the day before a long hike in the mountains, a kind of sadistic pre-exhaustion workout. Suffer on.
