I don't know about you, but I've always wanted an adult version of Gargoyles. The whole premise is awesome, and I'd always been mad that it was neutered because of the audience it was intended.
For what it was it was a pretty dark show anyway. If by adult you mean some swearing, kinkier references and more complex things than YES do want! If you meant dark like nudity and the f-bomb all the time than NO.
I wouldn't care if it came back as dora-the-garg. I just want that shit BACK.

I don't know anything about H2O, or mermaids. But I love that you don't like it because of how they swim incorrectly. And that you have a correct way for a mythical creature to swim. I do the same things.
It isn't even my personal opinion its that swimming the one way gives you no forward momentum or grace but the proper way does. Like riding a bike, I mean there really is only one way to do it without running into a tree.

Hello there love! Let me start by saying....I am way out of the demographic of that show so I don't mean to offend when I say I do not like it. I am ok with the idea of it and the SaddleClub and things like that for younger audiences.
The superficial reason as to why I do not like H2O is because the mermaids swim extremely incorrectly. They use their hands wrong and it looks awful and really bothers me. As a girl who grew up with such classics as Splash and the Little Mermaid and even Magic Island (look it up, the mermaid is adorable!) the way the H20 girls swim simply will not do!
And now that Magictails are things you can actually BUY (of which I bought three) I can only be exasperated by all these little girls copying the H20 style of swimming and looking a bit like a boned fish
On another note the fact that they (costume designers) incorporated the heels and feet of the girls into the body of the tail and not the fin creates a lumpy dolphin-like fin. No aesthetics there.
And lastly, but most importantly: it shouldn't matter if I do not like H20. Enjoy the things you like regardless....but try not to swim like them hahaha ;)
