USERDRAMAS EVENT 16: FOOLS

Although April Fools Day is only celebrated on the 1st of April, our theme for this month is FOOLS! 

Think about your favourite comedies, or variety shows. Maybe you enjoy dumb squad shenanigans, characters displaying general clown behavior, or your favourite fictional couples being fools in love. Make any type of visual content (gifs, edits, fmvs, fanart, etc.) of Asian media inspired by this prompt.

as it is beginning of 2023, this month’s event theme was decided to be a free choice event. you are free to create anything of your choosing. this event will run through entirety of january. the only requirement is your creations should be pale/pastel/b&w!! hope you participate!

whether it's the use of significant numbers, the presence of an artifact of doom, or an epic quest, tolkien's works are filled with lots of different tropes, which is what out next event is all about!

tropes are storytelling devices that by widespread use function as shortcuts in stories for describing situations, and that most audiences will be familiar with, whether consciously or not. there's some more info about how tropes work here and some tropes specifically used in tolkien's works here but feel free to improvise!
