I got weirdly overheated during class so I went to the bathroom and took off my sweatshirt so I could breathe and cool off and holy shit I wanted to punch myself in the chest
#bear talks#trans/gnc stuff#i really second guess whether i have dysphoria most of the time#even mildly#but i genuinely think it was that this time#like i just kept staring at myself#and i felt no connection to my chest#but i also i just felt so angry and wanted to magic it away or smth#tear it off#anything#idk if that’s dysphoria or general discomfort but whatever it is I felt it
