29 June Forever blessed to be born on the day of the Solemnity of Sts Peter and Paul, making them my guides and inspirations growing up. Like these two pillars of the Church, may I always accept the Lord’s will, even when it is contrary to my will, even when it leads to suffering. 08 September 2019 Of all the places to go to chill and walk and have fun while reflecting (bec it's re-consecration day to Mary), I decided to go to Universal Studios Singapore (since I have annual pass anyway). As I was walking and reflecting for my (re-)consecration prayer, i found myself standing at a leather bracelets retail shop, the usual kind where you can engrave your name on the plain bracelets they're selling for free. I was about to walk away but for some reason I went closer and browsed through the different plain leather bracelets. In the last row of bracelets, the one and only stretchable bracelet caught my eye. When i was asked if i want the free engraving, it just came into my mind at that instant these words "Totus Tuus". It is the apostolic motto of St. John Paul II, who has been a great influence in my life since i was 6yrs old. I've been desiring to have a shirt, a cap, a bracelet or anything with these words. I believe that as I was reflecting there in USS, it is the Holy Spirit that led me to that shop. That put in my mind these words so I can have a "Totus Tuus" bracelet - a personalised one. It was totally unexpected. A strange place to get this kind of bracelet. I believe it is grace. And a reminder that God is present everywhere. He can be found everywhere. As long as we are open, and are seeking, and are willing to recognise Him, like our Blessed Mother. When we have a desire to completely belong to God like Mary, we can always find ourselves in the presence of God.
