How do you think the threesome between them would go?

fun fact: holometabolism almost became an etouka fic halfway through. touka was gettin REAL cozy with her and that's probably the end-endgame for the sincerely sen au

the funniest time to have a threesome would be immediate post-cochlea breakout. kaneki has just crowned himself king, touka is reeling from his return, and eto is a little woozy from all the rc suppressants she has to work through to fully recover (this would be a semi-divergent au where kaneki let eto eat his face like hide to come back from the brink)

it'd take place in eto's resting room, and the bed would be too small for all 3 of them to get down and dirty. eto would have kissed one of them and i think touka would join in swiftly after (if eto kissed kaneki) or dragged kaneki in shortly after

the thing about these three that they all have in common is just how hungry they are. physical intimacy is something they are all unfamiliar with, yet have seen it enough to know how to crave it. so it's a lot of scrambling limbs, awkward kisses (some threeway kisses too), and i think eto probably encourages some nice teething/straight up eating (specifically kaneki, who needs food the most)

Like something in common they do, where do you think they hang?

I have been somewhere between forgetting there's anything new in my inbox, sitting on this ask staring at it like a dragon hoarding gold, and genuinely tackling the question. So!

Etouken hangout? Besides the obvious coffee shops, where Eto can order a coffee drink that has enough sugar to have put Kaneki in the hospital even back when he was human, no date with Rize needed. And Kaneki might even lightly rib Eto about the amount of sugar if he's feeling bold. Touka is just staring, thinking that she still doesn't understand human food at all (don't worry Touka, your grasp of human food is pretty good all things considered. Eto's just super weird and that includes her coffee order.)

Also, a library. Eto and Kaneki bonding over books even more. Touka and Kaneki teaching Ichika to read (and Eto too - has no idea what she's doing with small children, but if she's going to be the Cool Aunt she knows she has to step up.) And Touka and Eto go raid the manga section, because it's more to Touka's taste and because Eto has hit her point of "I need to stop asking and answering deep questions about things before I go crazy, give me entertainment".

Touka hadn't been sure what Mr. Yoshimura's daughter would have been like. As far as she knew, the mystery woman had saved her and the others in Cochlea, only to then meet her end in the chaos.

But now, years down the line, Eto came to live with her and Kaneki.

Ichika certainly liked her well enough, which was the bare minimum standard, and for someone who loudly proclaimed she didn't want kids, Eto was surprisingly good at entertaining Touka's daughter's wildest sayings.

Kaneki was similar. There was a quiet about him when he spent time with Eto, a quiet that was different from when he was with Touka. It wasn't a bad quiet-- just a different quiet, and Touka knew that it was good. He needed someone to talk about all the books she didn't understand, and Eto, as the author of his favorites, was the perfect subject.

But what about her? Touka rarely interacted with Eto, to the point it felt more like she tolerated her presence than enjoyed it. Eto herself didn't help; it was like they had a pact to minimize interaction.

Then, Eto went on a trip for a few days, and the house felt emptier than usual. Kaneki and Ichika felt it too, but it was different from how Touka felt.

So when Eto came back, Touka hugged her first.

"Need something from me?"

"No. I just missed you."
