I'm going to do these for Rook, because I really miss my boy rn.

3. weapon of choice? any particular reason they chose their weapon?

Rook's weapon of choice is his rapier, which was a gift from his former captain, Zara, when he became first mate. He's extremely attached to it and on more than one occasion has risked his life to get it back. (I don't have a good sims reference, but @/swampcastle designed what I consider to be the canon version of it in my commission of Rook.)

8. do they have a nickname? who gave it to them? if it's not derived from their real name, what's the story behind it?

Not really?? I mean, Rook isn't his legal name, but he would consider it his real name. There is one NPC who calls him "Rookie", but it's kind of meant as an insult, hahah.

24. do they have any creative hobbies? (art, writing, music, etc)

Nope. He's never really had the time or the interest. I guess you could count his infinite talent for on-the-spot lying, though, hahahaha.

33 got long, so it's going under the cut

This has been loitering in my inbox for literal months and I kept forgetting about it, but I decided I might as well finally answer it!! Let's talk about Odynia, my aasimar vengeance paladin for an upcoming campaign, because I need to work on developing her.

She traded her eye to Nemesis, the goddess of divine retribution, so that Nemesis could see through her eye and check up on the mortal plane. The scar on her face is NOT from that exchange, but rather from when her sibling tried to cut Nemesis's magic out of her face.

She currently works as a bodyguard for the twin heirs of a noble household dedicated to Ares (those twins being two of the other PCs). She took the job for her own personal reasons (vengeance-related), and doesn't exactly like it...

Despite this, she's extremely dedicated to her job, and puts her work over most other things in life. She has a fearsome reputation, and at this point her mere presence is enough to deter most attempts on Adonia's life.

She can summon black feathered wings for a short period of time each day, but rarely does so, as she prefers to keep her aasimar powers a secret. However, she was forced to do so to rescue her charge, Adonia, from attempted kidnappers. Both of them swore to never talk about it again, and certainly not to tell Adonia's twin, Apate.
