ethan still couldn’t wrap his head around the fact that someone had pulled a gun on tori. much less that she had waited this long to tell him. he didn’t trust anytime she said she was ‘fine’ because he knew her high tolerance. he was no paramedic but he knew the basics and knowing her, she would sweep any sort of injury under the rug which meant it was up to him to be the judge. once again he was met by a locked door and he huffed frustratedly as he rattled it a couple times as if not believing this was happening to him again. “seriously, tori?!” he shouted, glancing at the window but the lights were off and he knew what that meant. instead of waking her up, he took matters into his own hands and broke the door open with a hard blow. something that came naturally to him, only tonight he didn’t have his axe. he carefully closed the door behind him in contrast to how roughly he’d just broken the lock and made his way inside to find her passed out on her bed half dressed. “hey,” he casually called out to her, dipping into the bed with his knee and leaning over to hover his face above hers, his hand tilting her face to take a look at her cheek, checking it for bruising.
