I wish the Dino Gems' lore were explored more like Conner's inner thoughts due to the gem's effect of the power. 👀
I love the small detail of Ethan making sure nobody's looking or peeking when he, Conner, and Kira are ready to morph.

Looking back on Wave Goodbye, it hurts me a little when Conner says he's just a soccer player and blew his chance because of the Ranger life taking over, which it's not simple to slide away from.
Once a teenager, an adult, or a kid becomes a Power Ranger, there's no going back. Everything you have on schedule, an interest you love, or a family/friend hangout plans, will be blown to your face and you won't like the results, like Conner receiving DNF (did not finish) from the couch for the soccer tryouts due to the danger of what's currently going on. That's when the try hard excuses come in to cover up, it's difficult yet hurtful to make one in front of someone who has no idea you're the Power Ranger.
You can't tell them you are. Ever. And it's scary as hell. In a child's vision, being a Power Ranger is cool to see them in action, but once you're chosen as one, you started to realize the responsibilities. Also it happened to Tommy too back in the Mighty Morphin era.
