I could be wrong but I think the main reason for lack of xxx fic is that it is/was a predominantly male fandom so far + not big on lj or tumblr and men write less fic

i had NOT even thought of this!! although to be fair i hadn’t really given much thought to the idea of there being a xXx fandom at all, because that in itself is sort of a terrifying thought. almost as terrifying as the idea that we might collectively construct a tumblr version of xXx fandom on a foundation of donnie yen’s arm appreciation and wanting to read about xander fucking xiang with a gun.
