I can’t remember which post I saw first, but I reblogged one from 2012/2013 and realized I should just scroll back to to see what other old Jonsa posts were on their blog and then I’d click over to the people they were reblogging from. A lot of fans had deactivated or deleted all their Jonsa posts, but there is a surprising amount of stuff from that time! Someone said the tumblr Jonsa tag only goes back to 2011. I did not verify that tho 😂

YES! I always love talking about enemies to lovers ships!! 

It’s...a long list, so I separated them into categories. (Also, the ships below are enemies that actually tried to hurt one another, not just people who don’t get along.)

Canon book enemies to lovers:

1. Red Rising by Pierce Brown

2. A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab

3. Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi (enemies to lovers slow burn over the whole series)

4. Queen’s Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner (BUT DON’T LOOK UP SPOILERS BC IT’S WORTH ALL THE SURPRISES)

5. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (the enemies to lovers is Nina and Matthais, but literally all the romances in this book are god tier!!!)

6. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo (it’s not endgame but it is tasty)

7. Game of Thrones/ASOIAF (ships: Jon/Ygritte and Jaime/Brienne)

8. The Poppy War by RF Kuang

9. Captive Prince by CS Pacat (very problematic stuff but enemies to lovers excellence)

2. Mr. and Mrs. Smith (movie, ship: Brad and Angelina)

3. Killing Eve (tv show, ship: Eve and Villanelle) (LITERALLY THE BEST ENEMIES TO LOVERS EVER, NO ONE IS DOING IT LIKE THEM)
