June Homes Sold Week of the 27th
The latest June Homes Sold Report for the week of the June 27th showed there were 163 properties sold in the area, which was down from 279 property sales during the prior week.
Estero vaulted into the first position with 65 home sales versus 53 real estate transactions during the week of June 20th. Real Estate sales were split between multiple property types. Of the 65 home sales, 32 percent were vacant lots, 20 percent were condos and 46 percent were single family homes. The remaining Estero transaction was a mobile home.
Southern Fort Myers remained in the second position with 62 property sales compared to 60 during the previous week. Transactions were as follows: Β 40 percent vacant lots, 16 percent were condos and 42 percent were single family homes. The other property sold was a commercial unit.
Finally, Bonita Springs fell to the third spot with 36 real estate transactions down from 131 transactions the week before. Of the 30 real estate sales, 17 percent were condos, 53 percent were single family homes and 25 percent vacant lots. The remaining Bonita Springs transactions were 2 mobile homes.
In review, based on the real estate transactions report for the week of the 27th, property sales were broken down by the following types in Southwest Florida: 29 condos, 75 single family homes, 55 vacant lots, 3 mobile homes and 1 commercial unit.
