When I first started fleshing out Ester, she was designed to be the Ventrue primogen on a VtM roleplay chat. I didn’t write her much – it was more of an NPC position – but I liked parts of her concept very much and moved her out of there when the site died. She’s gained a lot of facets since then (as always, mistakes and things I don’t like anymore were made in the early stages) but I still feel there’s room for growth as well as polish, and that there are many sides of her I’m yet to explore properly. I think I’m looking forward to it.
I’ve been out of creative gas for a long while and starting new projects is difficult. Redrawing old pictures, however, is a sort of low-demand, low-stress way of doing something instead of nothing, if you don’t spend too much time on it.
Sadly, I don’t remember when the bottom one’s from. “A few years back” is my best guess.
Oh, I forgot I had a process for this. Cool, cool.
