Zelda remake but instead of OOT it's... well, for an actually possible option, Wind Waker or Twilight Princess (I prefer WW of the two since I haven't played it, but both would be cool). For a ridiculous pie in the sky option, Phantom Hourglass, because I love it. Probably bundled with Spirit Tracks if they did that but they won't. I would also accept Link Between Worlds but I think it's still probably recent enough it wouldn't happen(?)
