I can't help but be stunned by how many Earthspark Bee & Optimus fanfics are, primarily, whump. Like, it's not a surprise considering cannon material, but still-
"Yes! It's finally happening!"
"Bumblebee, I need you to stay behind and post guards and shifts until we return"
"But I'm supposed to be the scout! It's my thing...."
