Emmanuel International provided Bibles for the Matigsalug people from one of the indigenous tribes in Mindanao, in their own language. Together with the Matigsalug Bibles we bought from a translation mission, we were given some solar powered audio Bibles. We were told that the first time Pastora Luisa heard the Bible in her heart language, she started jumping up and down with joy. In the photo are some of the children and youth she teaches every week as they listen to the Word in their own language.

“Yes, everything went well. Unfortunately, He’s still not out of the woods, but, the worse part is over. I’m afraid I’m going to have to ask you to leave now. He needs to rest.”
