#error code 1392

The “ERROR_FILE_CORRUPT” error code, more commonly known as the Windows System error code 1392, is an error code pertaining to the failed creation of backup logs and files due to the malfunctioning of the IDR application. It has the assigned value of 0x570 as well as the presented message of “The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable”. To fix this, the user must browse the directory in the backup server to locate all the affected disaster recovery or “.DR” files. From this, all the sighted files must be renamed or moved.
