Oh, Tarantulas had figured that out by now, with other mechs chattering on his datafeed about it enough to distract his attention. A ping to his feed, and Tarantulas tosses his two letters into the mix. There you go. Now we have:

That would mean identifying a target early enough to isolate them from the ever-growing herd of recipients, then making sure they feel comfortable enough telling Tarantulas and Tarantulas alone, which... isn’t exactly likely. Not impossible, but unlikely.

First of all, it’s a message sent to him, not something internal that arose on his HUD. Incredibly suspicious and nonsensical at best. Second of all, even if it was internal, he’d dig into the code number and figure out what was wrong on his own, not mindlessly press a button to debug. Any which way, he’s got no reference for the error code, and therefore no idea of what might be wrong - to him, that screams DON’T TOUCH.

He leaves for just a little while and this happens? He doesn’t even know how to feel about it all - Prowl’s successfully logged into the program as an admin with Primus/Unicron specs, and it’s - Project Primus Beta Cy, whatever that means.

...No, it’s Project Primus 002 Beta Cy. Soundwave’s iteration called it 002. Give Tarantulas a moment, he’s got to... see about... hmm...

Tarantulas tried his hardest not to think about approval ratings and absolutely failed. That rate was abysmal. Abysmal, especially when in contrast with Prowl’s. Granted, it looked like it was taking his other multiversal alternates into account, but still.

If this was a sort of multiversal aggregator, though, Tarantulas had another self-indulgent question to ask.
