Eromba (Fish Dish)
Eromba, another well-liked dish among the Manipuri. Their preparation nearly always includes a fish referred to as Ngari. Eromba is ready by boiling a large number of vegetables together with some Ngari and king chili. It’s mixed till the feel becomes sort of a paste.
Kangshoi Dish II

This “Ooti” dish from Manipur is served with Kichdi throughout Kang festival in Imphal. Ooti is a simple pea’s dish that's much prepared like Dal curry. Cook the peas and add the tadka. Ooti dish can be served with rotis, dosa, idly and parathas.
