Erin Murphy is an American actress who is best known for playing Tabitha Stephens on the TV series Bewitched (1966-1972). In the first season of Bewitched she shared the role with her twin sister, Diane. As the girls got older, only Erin played the part. Murphy has also appeared on Lassie and in hundreds of television commercials as well as working as a model. Today she still works in the entertainment industry, working as a casting director, makeup artist, fashion stylist, acting teacher and stunt double. She has worked as a television host and correspondent and an infomercial host.
Murphy was born in Encino, California, US, and was a cheerleader in high school and was homecoming queen in her senior year. She is involved in numerous charitable organizations and is a motivational speaker. She is involved in bringing awareness to autism as her son has it. Murphy has been married three times and has six children. She lives on a ranch in Bell Canyon, California, and owns alpacas. She also owns a home on the beach in Malibu.
