and never answered because I was hit by a major social burnout back then, and the social pressure of answering asks (or well, compliments) overwhelmed me because my perfectionist ass desperately wanted to draw something for all of them since they meant so much to me... so ofc I ended up neither drawing something nor answering them... until now!

Thank you guys!!!!! I am absolutely thrilled to know that you all like my Eskel, that you like him big (at times fatter than at others depending on a lot of chance and my mood)! I’m also glad that you like the big nose I give him, and that you think he’s comforting, and I’m so honoured that alexerion came into my inbox to tell me that my fat Eskel inspires them to try and start appreciating their own body more?? Wow... that’s something that I’ve been thinking about for a lot, and it really is such a big honour for me that you’d ascribe that kind of power to my art. Thank you all that you decided to tell me such, too! It has been movitating me a lot to explore more about Eskel and the body I give him, and it’s also been so interesting from the drawing perspective, because coming from anime (but also general media...), I’ve never drawn a chubby or fat character regularly before, let alone this often (I’ve counted well over 50 art posts on my art blog that include him!! That surprised even myself!). Drawing him fat makes me happy too, and I cherish it so much to know that it makes so many of you happy as well :’)

@circadianx Along with the Eskel asks came these really cute geskel ones. It’s so cool that you pick up on the design contrast I’ve been applying and exploring for these two characters in the past months, and it’s even cooler that you like it!! I’ve automatically drifted more towards a thin and lean Geralt the moment I started drawing him with Eskel (if you go back to last year’s April-July, you’ll find some really buff Geralts), and that has definitely become more extreme over the time I’ve been drawing them! It’s so fun to see that you guys notice it and tell me about it... :)))
