Musrum
Dad gave me this book on my 16th birthday wrapped in aluminum foil. My world exploded a little.
Created by Australian folk Anthony Earnshaw and Eric Thacker sometime in the acid haze of the late sixties, this surrealist work follows the adventures of Musrum, a Spirited Male Gypsy Mouse, as he journey through the Weed Kingdom.
I've also managed to track down its sequel, 'Wintersol', which features a maniacal Santa Claus and a female Gypsy Mouse called Bella.
