More Intelligent life: Throughout the breakdown of your marriage to Harrison and your involvement with and eventual marriage to Eric Clapton, did it ever bother you that the two remained very good friends?
Patie Boyd : I must say that occasionally it did make me feel really nervous, because I thought: well, where am I in this situation? I was Georgeās wife and then I was Ericās wife and the two of them were still really good friends. On the other hand I was glad that they were friends in a way; Iād much rather that than see the two of them break upāthey had a very special friendship. They were both great guitarists and they loved playing together and being creative. Iām glad that the creative energy between the two of them wasnāt broken up by our personal lives.

Blues Legend B.B. King Passes Away
The sad news broke May 14th, with reports stating that the King died peacefully in his sleep at 89, and we have truly lost a musical icon. A contemporary of musicians like Eric Clapton and and an inspiration to modern musicians like John Mayer and The Black Keys, B.B. King and his legendary guitar Lucille impacted modern music for many generations to come and will be deeply missed.
