"Almost!" While there was perhaps a hint of something challenging in the knight's tone, Hulkenberg couldn't help but to feel proud. It was a rather arduous task to wear the human skin.

Despite still festering bitterness, the fervent emotion which was supposed to be found only within organic forms of life, the absence of the man was keenly perceived, the five centuries long conversations gifted more questions upon his departure. Mayhap their inability to contend with the parting compelled divine key to converse with Lucheni beyond the purpose of the mission to reminisce 'bout the bygone decades. So many inexplicable decisions, such a consuming obsession, so many deaths, just to correct one, but refusal to prevent own. "Yet another foolish man." Along with artificial chuckle words escaped him, saturated with both undeniable hostility and sorrow. Their association with that man was forever etched onto the pages of history, rendering Void Archives his legacy, left to remain and carry the burden of that face. Golden gaze would soon lock its attention on another man, whose life was also irreversibly altered by Otto's actions; a complete opposite, yet equally fascinating. Perchance a new perspective would further their development.
