Somebody yarn-bombed this Wireweed (Amphibolis antarctica).
Specifically, yarn-bombed it with a bryozoan that grows in rings around the stems of Wire Weed, and the more flexible stems of Southern Australia's larger seaweeds.
AKA Cellepora alata, Diplopora cincta, Diploporella cincta, Membranipora cincta and Thairopora cincta.
