One of those operators was Hugo Martinez's son, Hugo Jr. He was tech savvy and knew how to handle the equipment that tried to locate the drug kingpin. In an effort to keep his son out of the direct line of fire, Colonel Martinez allowed his son to join the manhunt in a less dangerous but equally important way.
