Just came from #EPCALM Conference on #Grief and #MentalHealth - I got the opportunity to share my “Journey thru Bipolar Disorder” and how God helped me treat it without psychotropic drugs finally:) but it’s still a process and one I’m so blessed God has given me His strength, grace, and oh so many patient understanding /loving people to help me along the way:) @epcalm my Mama @kuhledesma and my Friend #PastorBennieLagos @blagos1 also shared :) thank you EPCALM for having us.
