Oh I know this is the most annoying possible thing to hear about a symptom - but it could be stress. Just mentioning because mine tended only to include back pain if it was triggered by stress. But my adrenal glands are fucked, so its probs just me.
I'm hoping it's just stress/the way I'm sitting/paranoia making me sensitive to any back irritation since I read that it could get to your kidneys. Hopefully either way the medicine will take care of it

Yeah I think probably will end up buying it. Man, I have so many TV shows to watch. I'm almost done rewatching both season of Dollhouse that I bought. And now I have the Angel boxset that I got for my birthday that I'll need to rewatch. It'll probably take a while to actually get onto watching Scrubs again.

I don't think you realise my level of exhaustion yesterday. I had been working almost every day and hadn't had a full night's sleep in about a week. I'd been starting work at 5 or 6am every day.
You know very well how good I am at staying awake when I want to. So when I say I almost fell asleep on a train that should indicate my tiredness.
Also the first 9 hours of sleep were completely uninterrupted. I didn't even wake up to roll over. I normally do that like 5-10 times a night.
