i also just watched obsession and aaahhh, i loved it i won't spoil but i can’t stop thinking about the more psychological kind of horror in entity naim (as opposed to how entity ryan might be more violent. entity ryan still tries to manipulate naim ofc, like he did by the screen door, but i feel like entity naim would do it even more).

i think the idea that the entities are not perfect copies of the people they mimic, but reflections of how the victim sees them, is interesting. they project your own perception of the person you desire back at you. the more you know someone, the better that becomes, the entity would have more memories and expectations to work with

canvas stats:

the total tracked time says 6.5h, but that is only because i left the canvas open in Procreate while i was doing other things. the exported time-lapse is five hours long, which is the actual drawing time.

sometimes i forget that most (if not all) people i meet irl are not infected with fandom disease. i don’t know why i’m telling you this again? i was at the airport two days ago, drawing on my ipad while i waited for my flight. i ordered an iced coffee, and instead of calling my name when it was ready, the barista walked it over to me himself

i looked up and he was just standing there, staring directly at my ipad screen

i made this artwork for a fic i wrote. it's about what i think happened the first time ryan saw entity naim after the healing. it is rated mature, there's some kissing and brief grinding, but it is mostly them fighting and, um, bleeding, i don’t know if it counts as gore exactly?
