There are many things I do whenever there is a power outage. Most of the time, I sleep. I always lack sleep because of the effects of pandemic to my personal life. I also read a book. I’m currently dealing with a particular book now, but I stopped reading it because I got bored. However, due to the power outage, I try to continue reading it since I don’t want to start reading a whole new book just because of the black out. I can also watch, especially if the power outage is announced, in my fully charged phone. I also clean the house. I’m fond of cleaning the house. I move furniture, sweep the dirt under the bed that stayed there for a million years, or clean the bathroom. I also like nature. I swim in the stream, together with my nieces, or plant and beautify our garden. I was an assistant of my mother, but recently I worked on a project, my mother got impressed even if she denied it and I became the advisor and organizer of my mother’s plants and garden. Those are the things that I do to pass time, to avoid boredom.
