Hello!! Oh my god yeah, I’m so glad I did because it’s an absolutely INCREDIBLE piece already (Cisco and Eobard’s expressions, THE TEARS OH MY GOD, the sheer level of DETAIL you put into everything (I’ve zoomed in and looked at everything multiple times now, it’s just gorgeous)) but Barry just adds the *most* painful layer of emotional damage that really ties it all together. It hits so hard to see exactly WHY Cisco looks so horrified (and, in turn, why Eobard’s so gleeful), and of course it’s because he’s hurt, or at the very least attacked, his best friend. Honestly, Barry’s inclusion is probably one of the main reasons I remembered it today, because the angst/whump of Cisco hurting him is just unparalleled (and again, Cisco’s EXPRESSION. Absolutely devastating, I love it).
That piece is definitely going to haunt me for the foreseeable future in the absolute best way. Thank you so much for creating and sharing it!!
