fish has a fairly good ability to conceal his emotions, except if he’s happy. you can always tell he’s trying to conceal it by the way his lips continuous quirk upwards only to have him biting the inside of his cheeks to keep his composure neutral.

while building our table, fish was very set on having it be a space to allow creativity. he tries very hard to emphasize a ‘no bad ideas’ and ‘no hierarchy’ rule when he is in the space. this includes, for accessibility purposes and to encourage free flowing ideas, an active sharable worksheet that the administrators can add their ideas to and comment/add to in real time without having people feeling like they need to shout out their ideas in a large group setting. after, when making decisions on how to move forward, they would have an anonymous polling on what ideas/plans to move forward with.
