Since polyships are on the table, Chihiro/Junko/Chiaki. In canon it doesn't make sense but if you ignore DR3 and have just program Chiaki I feel like it's kind of a "we fell in love again in our next lives! (and then killed each other)" story which I think is neat.
I don't think I've ever seen anyone consider Chiaki a next life/reincarnation of Chihiro. I don't know if I necessarily agree with that take, but it is really interesting!
Hell yeah. In contrast, I actually think this works best with DR3 as canon. The one thing I like about the "actually there's a real Chiaki" choice, which I otherwise REALLY dislike, is the headcanon that Chihiro chose Chiaki as the model for the AI because she was in love with the real Chiaki and wanted to preserve her memory after her death. And with that +Junko dating both of them and her horrifying brand of affection, THH and SDR2 basically become the story of a polycule falling apart VERY messily.
