Ennead OC shenanigans.

I had way too much fun making this low effort meme but it's making me consider what if Seth actually did end up carrying Wepwawet through some messy magical means.

Maybe Osteoporosis cursed him into a female body with the condition of having a kid to lift the curse and the target of Seth having his kid, Seth took Anubis and ran, but Osteoporosis is better at finding people than a deeply traumatized Seth so Seth had to do something very drastic; such as, running straight to Duat to the lair of his rival/frienemy/adversary Apep and hoping the snake would take him in as the only one outside of (incredibly unhelpful) Ra powerful enough to protect him.

Gamble pays off, Apep takes him and Anubis in, life's good. Except Seth is still cursed and he's miserable for the entirety of all of it in a body that desperately doesn't fir who he is, so when Apep offers to help him break the curse, Seth goes for it. Better that than a human, and infinitely better than Osteoporosis. Not to mention he knows Apep is good with kids because on top of being good with Anubis he has his own.

(Apep is turning magically inclined but otherwise normal snake into high grade gods and raising them as his kids; eventually he has five, by the time of the Osteoporosis Event he already has one of them and getting ready to get the second.)

Osteoporosis meanwhile has Horus as bait for Seth. It aggressively backfires when Seth steals him, too. And maybe Isis and Nepthys as well. Why not. Eat shit and die alone Osteoporosis.

No idea why it took me this long to do it, but alas. I call it night mode Apep as opposed to day mode Apep found in his usual form from this ref sheet here. That form is one he assumes more often, and it makes him look more like a sun god. He's able to do it because he was able to devour Ra for the day more than once, and so the power of the sun is within his repertoire to a degree.

He prefers the sun form specifically because it pisses Ra off and that brings him joy.
