As requested by Soon-To-Be Minister Moore (I know you're reading this, you owe me lunch :]) I have been observing our newest addition to the Oblivion research team, and taking note of their behavioral patterns to determine whether they might be fit for leadership promotion.

To be perfectly honest, picking anyone else would be a crapshoot- Ennay has some of the highest loyalty and confidentiality I've ever seen in a Ministry employee. They're work-driven (could work on less) and their medical care regimen has done wonders to keep their bad days lower, especially with accommodation. Their work and co-operation have advanced understanding of the Void by decades and they have an excellent mind for security focus.

I am concerned however about their connections to individuals of note- aware or not. While Ennay is smart, they either do not seem to be aware, or have not been contacted as of yet. I would suggest maintaining typical observations as per standards. They display mental fortitude that gives even my perception significant barriers to reading minds, but that does not mean they could be infallible to influences we cannot see.

Reccomendation: Go with promotion, remain vigilant, enforce days off.
