Enmiteon is a stand alone term relating to genders one decides they are out of opposition and/or spite of someone else. Being told you cannot be a certain gender makes you identify with it more and more, until you decide to say you are said gender out of spite, then to realize you generally identify with the term. Example: Being told you cannot be multigender while only recognizing yourself as having one gender, identifying as multigender out of spite, then realizing you're multigender. Identifying out of spite to realizing you are said thing. Enmiteon can work as its own gender, and also as a modifier ("I'm enmiteon polygender").

Enmiteonflux is the flux form of Enmiteon. One may identify as a specific gender out of spite and realize they simply are said gender afterwards like Enmiteon, however feeling like the gender you identify yourself as may fade after realizing you feel genuinely connected to the label, and possibly come to identify with the term again in the future. Example: Being enmiteon catgender, dropping catgender for another label, re-identifying oneself as catgender later.

These terms was originally coined on my former blog genderslyphen on November 5th, 2021. It was then reblogged I believe to this blog on April 15th, 2022. These two terms were originally on the same post as Enmituren, Enmiturenflux, Enmitiec, and Enmitiecflux.

Enmituren is the umbrella term for all genders/orientations that are either Enmiteon or Enmitiec in nature (ENMIN). These genders/orientations may have been created in direct opposition to something, or are simply ENMIN in one's own experience of them. (Spitegender would be a good example of a possibly ENMIN / Enmituren gender. One may also identify pre-existing non-spiteful gender as Enmituren due to how they identify as it. Such as an Enmituren/Enmitiec Lesbian, Lesbian itself isn't inherently ENMIN but one may describe their experience with the term as such.) Can also be used when one is both Enmiteon & Enmitiec.

Enmiturenflux is the flux form of Enmituren. Different than this term stands for dropping the Enmituren nature (ENMIN) of terms one identifies with, possibly due to identifying with a label out of spite, dropping the label, accepting oneself as the label, dropping the label for another, and re-identifying later out of spite again as an example. Example: Being an enmituren pangender queer to being non-binary floric to being pangender queer (acceptance) to being genderqueer ace to being an enmituren pangender queer again.
