idk what context it would be in but I need a scene where Carl and Enid are trapped in a closet together and the saviors are outside but don’t know my bbys are in there and one of them says something about a “dumb little girl who nearly cried about some damn balloons” and Carl’s entire body tenses and he literally starts to throw his body at the door and Enid just grabs his arm and really quietly says “ it’s not worth it” and shakes her head and Carl’s angry expression breaks into sadness because he can see that it hurt her. I just need it.
