Wait so is your knee broken or a ligament torn or has your whole leg been replaced by goblins or what.

He maintains that it’s basically a sprain, that I have bone spurs from a different condition and they snapped off on impact to create the illusion of a fracture on x-ray, and that it needs more rest. This was all a bit better explained this time, and he thinks it’ll still take a while for me to get full use of the knee back. He wants to see me again in two weeks and says I should not go back to work yet.

Everything looks sewn together rather than/in addition to being glued in.
